Violation of any Copyright that is afforded to our photographers will be dealt with in accordance with existing Federal legislation and Treaties of the United States of America.  In other words, don't mess with our images and we will not mess with you.

Who owns what Copyright?  Each photographer we represent owns the Copyright to their photographs and imaging.  However, not only do they have the right to protect their images from being used without their permission, we also have the right to go after anyone who so chooses to do so and collect substantial fines as well as other monetary rewards from anyone violating those Copyrights.
